We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, errors may occasionally occur.

• Product Descriptions: We aim to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are complete, current, or error-free.
• Pricing: All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Availability: Products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives.
• Images: Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly.

🛒 3. Orders & Payments

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order.

• Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation via email after placing your order. This is not a guarantee of acceptance.
• Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
• Fraud Prevention: Orders may be subject to verification. We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, please refer to our Returns Policy.

🚚 4. Delivery & Risk

We deliver to addresses within the UK and select international locations. Delivery times and costs vary based on location and product.

• Delivery Areas: We offer same-day delivery within the M25 area and next-day delivery to nearby areas. Sunday deliveries are not available.
• Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made between 1:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
• Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt.
• Undelivered Items: If we are unable to deliver, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery. Additional fees may apply.

We aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please read product descriptions carefully before ordering.
• Refund Processing: Refunds for damaged items will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

We stand behind the quality of our products. All furniture comes with a manufacturer's warranty against defects.

• Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects.
• Coverage: Warranty covers structural defects and workmanship issues. Does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
• Warranty Claim: To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover items that have been modified, assembled incorrectly, or used for commercial purposes.

• Maximum Liability: Our liability is limited to the total value of the products purchased.
